DISCOVERY is the "self exploration" version of the LAC 360 degree

questionairre.  It therefore doesn't use any observers assesments.

 

Instead it uses a set of randomised questions to ask you about

your leadership action and the report then shows you where you

have been focusing your energy and attention.  

 

This process is very simple and it is designed to help you focus on the areas you need to develop. The results are only sent to the email address you supply and the more honest your responses, the more useful the information will be to you.  

 

The questionnaire asks how frequently you have committed different leadership actions.  It may be useful to consider a specific timescale e.g. "in the last year", "since the current project began", "since I started my new role".

A final question will help you remember the context in which you answered the questions. It can help you re-connect with your "mindset" at the time of completion and help in interpreting the results.

 

Discovery costs £30.  There is free access to the questionairre but you will only be sent a report (via email) when you complete the payment process.
